| Hello! My name is Tim Shinn. I am a 36-year-old storyboard artist living and working in the Richmond, VA area. I have worked for the past 9 years as a storyboard and comp artist for the advertising industry in New York City. I was born and raised in the small town of Elkview, WV. I graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1995 and soon after moved to NJ. I am a full-time freelancer and have done some pre-production design and storyboard work for an animated feature as well as countless TV and magazine ads. Thank you for visiting my gallery.
