Dark Knight Custom Scarecrow

Following my Dark Knight Joker Repaint found here: [link] I thought I'd give the Movie Master Scarecrow a go. Although I love the Batman Begins straightjacket version, I thought it might be nice to have a Scarecrow from the prologue of The Dark Knight.

I carefully cut the straightjacket off (ya never know, I might be able to use it later) first.

Then I used a dremel and xacto knife to cut and reshape the existing arms to look more like regular suit sleeves. The arms were then sanded, primed and painted.

The suit jacket is from a Stormbreaker Darrius Sayle Figure found here: [link]d_bxgy_k_h_b_cs_img_b (which I got for only 49 cents at KB Toys! Cheap is good!). It was also primed and repainted using Krylon Fusion Satin Black and then detailed.

I used White Stuff to sculpt the shirt collar and tie.

I'm pretty happy with how this guy turned out. It was a nice distraction to work on him in between jobs this week.
